Ingredients
- 24 frozen roll dough, thawed
- 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- The icing:
- 1 ½ cups confectioners’ sugar
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 100 degrees.
- In a small bowl, combine butter and orange zest, and juice. Set aside.
- Spray non-stick spray in 24 muffin cups.
- Using kitchen shears cut each roll into 3 equal parts. Dip each piece of dough into butter mixture and place the 3 parts into one muffin cup.
- Place in 100 degree oven to rise for 1 hour or until double in size.
- Remove rolls from oven and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake until lightly browned, 10 to 12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, to make glaze, combine confectioners’ sugar and juice, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle each warm roll with glaze.
